A Heart Thrilled Experience On Session
To grow, you must be willing to let your
Present and future
Be totally unlike your past
Your history is not your destiny.

The four days from 6th Oct. to 9th Oct.
were the beautiful days for 29 junior sisters
who were gathered together at Asha Niwas, Ranchi
to discover the best in others and
bring out the best in themselves
by attending the session given by
Br. Xavier Andrew from Malaysia.

Every word spoken by Brother was very enriching, the sharing of his personal experiences
were very touching, his body language were vibrant and energetic, and his words of appreciations were thrilling the heart of every sister to move forward in life.
The works done in different groups were
very touching experiences.
The 5 minute talk by each participant
brought lot of positive energy within them and
also to know the capacity of each one.

The games kept them awake and alert.
Through all the little activities were
able to bring out the potentials of every one and
be understood by others.

Our heartfelt gratitude to
Brother Xavier Andrew for his availability to us.
Theme of the session was: Effective Communication And Self-Discovery.
The first one and a half days were fully based on The Effective Communication Skills,
in which it was said that Communication is an art of living.
Without communication there is no relationship. Thus communication is very necessary for a joyful living. Communication is done in silence, listening, giving, receiving, singing, loving, dancing, crying, sharing, praying, writing through mail or post, eye contact, positive actions etc.

Session For Seniors - 2014

It was a great excitement and joy for SJA family being together, reflecting together and sharing with one another on leadership. You'll hear from the heads about our four days session. On the 11th Dec. 2014 26 leaders of SJA evaluated the Province Project, Education Policy and Finance administration. There are few points to be added and deleted in the Province Project and in the Education Policy. Soon every community will get a copy each. All of us are very much enriched by the input of Srs.Sujita, SND and Inigo, SSA. We all of us realized that to be a good religious leader is possible only when we become a woman of prayer. We need to become passion for Christ.

The Installation of the Provincial and councillors took place on 15th Dec. The day began with a beautiful thanksgiving prayer service which was co-ordinated by Sr.Geetha for Sr. Arul Mary. The Province gave a nice farewell prayer service. It was very touching. How good that every leader shared their experience with her and expressed their gratitude to her. And Sr.Arul did the same. It was an emotional moment for all as it was organised for the first time such a meaningful thanksgiving prayer service in the history of the Province. She has been a very good leader, filled with zeal, love for the mission always.

Again At 10 a.m we had a beautiful prayer service which was lead by Sr.Berny during which Sr.Arul read out the appointment letters of the Superior General, Sr.Dorothy Vella Zarb and Rt.Rev. Emeritus Bishop Charles Soreng SJ blessed me and the councillors. While he was blessing, the leaders extended their hands towards me and the councillors to pray for our health and mission. At 11 a.m Rt.Rev. Emeritus Bishop Charles Soreng SJ presided the Eucharistic Celebration. Soon after mass cake was cut by the new team and the sisters wished the new Provincial and her councillors followed by delicious lunch.
